EC12-32 Valve

HEC12-32 Valve symbol


A screw-in, cartridge-style, flow-on-demand, pressure-compensator with load sense.

With inlet at port 2, the HEC12-32 will deliver required flow at 3 in response to load
differential pressure sensed at 1.
Note: For greater stability, it is recommended to install the 10.53 mm (0.21 inch) orifice
in the load sense line at port 1.

  and are tested at a verification level of 90% and an assurance of 99%

Operating Pressure: 350 bar (5075 psi); 10% cycle life at 420 bar (6090 psi)
   Note: HyPerformance valves are tested for 900K cycles at 350 bar and 100K
   cycles at 420 bar.
Proof Pressure: 690 bar (10,000 psi)
Burst Pressure: 1380 bar (20,000 psi)
Inlet Flow: 83 lpm (22 gpm) max. with 11 bar (160 psi) compensating spring;
   57 lpm (15 gpm) max. with 5.5 bar (80 psi) compensating spring
Internal Leakage: 52 ml/minute (3.2 cu.in./minute) max. at port 1
   with 350 bar (5075 psi) pressure at port 2, and with port 3 blocked
